Buttocks(Glutes)

This is a very simple exercise which helps in strengthening the buttock(glutes).

How to do exercise for Buttocks(Glutes):

 1) Place a exercise may and lie face down on it. Bend one knee and engage your core.

 2) Exhale, engage your buttocks, and lift the bent leg slightly off of the mat. Ensure that you do not arch your low back.

Instruction for Buttocks(Glutes) exercise:

Repeat this for 8-12 times, then switch legs. Take rest for few seconds, then repeat the entire exercise sequence if desired.
