Buttocks And Lower Back

This exercise is of much importance for muscles for hip stabilizing .

For better Buttocks and Lower Back do this:


1) Lie flat on a exercise mat with your both knees bent at 90 degrees. If desired, place a small Pilates pillow,  ball, or towel under your head. Your arms should be in relaxing positions.

2) Lift your right leg off of the exercise mat. Engage your core,then exhale, and push into your left heel to lift your buttocks off of the mat.Then Inhale and slowly lower yourself back to the floor, keeping your core and glutes engaged the whole way down.

Instruction for Buttocks and Lower Back exercise:

 Repeat this exercise 8-12 times on the left, then on the right. Take rest for sometimes and, then repeat the entire exercise sequence as per your needs.
